Shipping companies and delivery fees

• SMSA: 20 Saudi Riyals.
• Aramex: 24 Saudi Riyals.
• AJEX: 20 Saudi Riyals.
• The shipping company is selected during order completion based on availability.

Cash on delivery

• Cash on delivery service is available within the Kingdom.
• Cash on delivery fee: 18 Saudi Riyals added to the total order.

Free shipping

• Free shipping for orders valued at over 249 Saudi Riyals (excluding cash on delivery fees).

Order tracking

• After the order is shipped, the tracking number is sent via text message or WhatsApp.
• The shipment status can be tracked until it arrives.

Delivery address

• The customer is responsible for entering a correct and accurate address.
• If there is an error in the address, the customer will bear any reshipping fees.
